Is a deposit required to secure my party booking?

Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secure your party booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of the party.

When will I receive my party invitations?

Editable and downloadable invitations for your party will be available once booking is confirmed. Hardcopy invitations are also available in store.

When do I need to finalise my party details?

We will contact you prior to your party to confirm the number of children attending and any other changes you wish to make to your booking.

Are socks required?

Socks are a requirement for anyone playing on the equipment.
